If you've been following Kelsi's voice feminzation therapy on my YouTube Channel you may enjoy this brief audio sample of her voice.  It's a comparison of her reading short phrases during her first voice therapy lesson and her second.  She's making rapid changes.  Good work Kelsi!

Dear Kathe,

I wanted to express my gratitude for all your support and for your wonderful course. You've given me so much great advice and, especially today, cheered me up when I was going through a tough time.  You’ve given me new hope.

I love your teaching style - I've had a lot of teachers from undergrad through my Ph.D - and I have to say that you're certainly one of the best I've ever had.

After I left your office, I tried practicing the things we talked about while driving, and thought to myself, 'just stay locked in' at a higher pitch and that it was not an option to go in my low pitch. When I went to the gas station, I accidentally went to the full service pump, but I managed to stay in my high pitch while talking to the guy and later while ordering lunch. This is great!

Thank you so much again and I am definitely interested in taking the advanced course.

Thank you for working with me.  After sitting in your seminar at Southern Comfort Conference in Altanta in September, the way you taught really connected with me, so I decided to with you. I am excited about getting started.

Dear Kathe,

I thought I'd share how I work with you how I organize myself with the therapy exercises and material.

After each session, when I download the audio files you send to a folder that I label with the date and coaching session number.

I create a daily log of the activities I'm going to work with. This way I see what I am doing and I see what I should be doing. I trick myself sometimes with things that are very difficult and tend to shun it no matter how much I truly want it. The log makes my efforts clearer.

I print out the hand outs and tape them up next to my computer. This saves me time and I mark the dates of that coaching session. I can follow along better with you when a session is proceeding and it is more efficient then looking around for the handouts.

I printed out the musical note conversion chart and taped it up next to the computer, as well. I almost always have Voice Print on just to see my voice graph. I'm still learning how to use this, but feel the visual voice presentation adds a great deal.

I have a scratch pad and pen with me, when I am in session for little notes and bottled water with me. I do my full practice before our sessions, so I am  up to my norm and hope I will rise above that in the session.

Anonymous, New Jersey

I am really excited to tell you how I have put my voice to good use, thanks to you. I am attending college and (you're going to love this) I recently took a public speaking class. The professor said I was one of the best students she has ever had and wants me to work with future students. Can you believe that I went from thinking I would never have a passable feminine voice or be able to speak in front of a group to being someone who excelled in public speaking in college?

I wanted you to know how you made a big difference in someone's life. Thank you!

Level I:  Fundamentals of Your Feminine Voice

The level I therapy program consists of 18 private one-on-one phone or f2f coaching sessions.  The course is divided into three sections of six-sessions each.  After the completion of the first six sessions, you’ll work on your own for about 6-8 weeks.  You’ll have the materials and CDs (which we make together during your session) to help guide you.  We accept cash, checks and credit card payments (MC, Visa, Discover). You’ll need a frequency tuner for your training.  There are several good models out there.  I’ve been using the Boss TU-80, it'll cost about $30 - $40.

Level II:  Beyond the Fundamentals

The advanced therapy program Beyond the Fundamentals consists of six private one-on-one f2f/phone/webcam (Skype) coaching lessons.  You’ll need a frequency tuner which we used in your previous training.  The recently released audio CD Beyond the Fundamentals: The Next Dimension is a great companion to the therapy.

The advanced therapy program makes use of a sound spectrogram and pitch contour software which can be downloaded for free from the internet .The PRAAT sound analyzer is complex, but worth a look at. King's College of the University of London has some detailed resources on sound analysis software-- spectrograms (free downloads). You can get information and links for my website www.exceptionalvoice.com

I prefer a simpler product ($55.00) called Voice Print.  It is a
very user friendly downloadable software from Train My Voice.  It provides real-time spectrum analysis, voice resonance analysis, and pitch detection, allows comparison of the spectra of different vocalizations using a split screen display, and allows voiceprints to be saved as audio files and graphic images for subsequent replay and study.
Typical Goals include (but are not limited to):

·   Review of current voice status (pitch, breathing, warm-up regimen)
·   Advanced Feminine Voice Techniques for resonance, loudness, melodic intonation and fluency.
·   Daily Dozen Drills
·   Transfer techniques
